With a pink wall, a perfect dose of elegance and, above all, a non-stop pizza and Pasta service, Pink Mamma, the newest Italian opening from the Big Mamma group, has come to town.
Entering the latest and trendiest spot in the vibrant Pigalle is the equivalent of making a trip to the Tuscany itself (at least visually and tastefully). Its inside garden and cozy atmosphere will steal your heart at first sight, but it will be due to its traditional pizzas, fresh burratas and Italian ham that it will make you want to come back.
Opened on June 21st, the line outside the pink, 4-floor building keeps growing, and only the most insider Parisians are aware of the latest and biggest Big Mamma´s group empire, where decoration has a different inspiration in every floor (ending on an spectacular canopy on the 4th floor).
Among the all-time, all good Italian options, inspired by la Fiorentina, its specialties range from the traditional beef steak to a well done carpacio, experimental pizzas, refreshing cocktails and traditional desserts.
When entering this Italian paradise without living Paris, the most surprising, yet satisfying fact is probably its price: while anyone would expect to pay a decent amount of money anywhere in the city for a relatively good portion of Pizza, Pink Mamma is revolutionizing the Parisian lunch, offering 12€ pasta and pizza dishes, 15€ steak and 8€ burratas.
Considering all of these facts, it is not surprising that you will always have to line-up, especially since they don´t take reservations, and its services (pas services) works as first comes, first serve, but we can assure you that the experience you will have, your mouth and wallet will thank you for it.
